How will my items be shipped?
All orders from Lyelle ship via FedEx. Rates may vary depending on weight and the shipping destination. You have the option to choose FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx. Please allow 3 business days for your order to ship out, although we try our best to fulfill orders immediately. If you need your item by a certain day, and are concerned this window of time is too long, please contact us at info@shoplyelle.com and we will do our best to arrange immediate shipment if we haven’t already.

How can I check on the status of my order?
Please email info@shoplyelle.com to check the status of your order. Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day and shipped as soon as possible.

What is FedEx Home Delivery?
FedEx Home Delivery is essentially the same service as FedEx Ground, but it is only for residential deliveries.

Can I change the shipping address on my order after the order has been placed?
Yes! As long as the item hasn’t already shipped out, we would be happy to change the address for you. Just email us at info@shoplyelle.com

Returns + Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and/or exchanges up to 15 days after you have received your order. The item must be in the same condition in which it arrived to you, unwashed and unused. If your item arrives damaged, we will do our absolute best to replace it, provided it is not one of a kind.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@shoplyelle.com, and we will be happy to assist you in facilitating the return or exchange. There will be a $10 fee associated with an exchange in order to cover shipping charges. We will process your request within 48 hours, and charge the credit card you originally purchased the item(s) with. Lyelle is not responsible for replacing lost packages.
