Can I send my item as a gift?
Yes! If you would like to send your item as a gift, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we would be happy to include a handwritten note in the package to the gift recipient.
If the recipient is unhappy with their gift, can they return it?
Yes, you may return any items within 15 days of receiving your order. Your gift recipient can however exchange his or her item for an item of equal value, or receive a credit in the amount of their gift after sending back the original item.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Please email email@example.com to check the status of your order. Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day and shipped as soon as possible.
What is FedEx Home Delivery?
FedEx Home Delivery is essentially the same service as FedEx Ground, but it is only for residential deliveries.
Can I change the shipping address on my order after the order has been placed?
Yes! As long as the item hasn’t already shipped out, we would be happy to change the address for you. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and/or exchanges up to 15 days after you have received your order. The item must be in the same condition in which it arrived to you, unwashed and unused. If your item arrives damaged, we will do our absolute best to replace it, provided it is not one of a kind.
